ok here is my personal wishlist on this:
1) one huge map of the world we play in
2) map divided between those factions. Map consists of many provinces which are all a map with....
3) ... permanent customizable castles
permanent means buildings being built there stay. Customizable means if I have the ressource I should be able to rebuild the big wall in China
4) The map should be dynamic, like in total war series. Battles fought on territories have consequences to whole campaign
5) epic battefields, epic sieges, and epic scale
6) more conventional weapons than sourcerers and stuff.. Lord of the Rings might be a good example for this.. No fireball shooting super mages, just clashing masses
7) Experimentals!! Namely trolls, dragons and other fantasy creatures!
and finally
Chris Taylor going back to his roots and doing whatever he thinks is right without being messed by publishers like in your last game which pretty much sucked for me :)
