King's Bounty

[:1]One fo the best games in the last 2 years is King's Bounty: The Legend and its expansion Armored Princess.
A brilliant mix of incredibly deep combat, character skill development and exploration.
You can take a look at King's Bounty simulator here, it has everything except for the spell book.
Will you have RPG elements like spells that you can level up, classes of characters, unit abilities and so on, so it's a nice mix of RTS and RPG?
Even Elemental: War of Magic is doing it.|||Is this a free to play game? I almost got burned on War of legends as it was I only wasted time. Do you have a link to a review? It looks pretty I might try it out.|||It was widely critically acclaimed.|||king's bounty animations were the worst in recent gaming memory.|||pkc|||Worst animations. Ever.|||Zol|||Zol|||Huh, looks like a pretty sweet game. I'm not sure it's critically acclaimed, though. Metacritic only gave it a 79 and the expansion an 82.
I doubt CT will go too far down the RPG route.|||Its an enjoyable game. Animations are the least important part of KB: The legend tho. The only thing i found really poor was the lack of cutscenes and voice acting. The story was terrible. More like "that thing moves, i gotta go kill his troops!"
Edit: GPG already went further down the RPG path. Thats called Demigod. In supcom 2, the commander already has more than enough abilities. I'd say, absolutely dont make the commander even more dangerous and versatile as in SC2. That already led to comrushing and com-only strategies. This is supposed to be a strategy game. Blob micro, not hero management. Go play battle for middle earth 2. Thats got all kinds of heroes and "spells". I just dont think that's the kind of gameplay I want for kings and castles. Actually, im kinda sure.
