[:1]I have only seen this idea in one game so far(Armies of Exigo) and there the idea was, that you get 3 spellcasters and they would have a spell that they use together until their mana runs out, this spell would effect your or your enemies units.
Here it could be used to grab a few mages, and together they would summon a huge meteor to smash an army and leave a nice smiely crater, or some priest that would cast a huge area of effect heal or bless, so on and so on.|||valkarion|||maybe instead you could have, for example the blessing spell's radius increase when you use more mages.
